The manufacturing, the shipping and the delivery of you order generally takes 20 to 25 working days. We offer free shipping everywhere in the US.
If you wish to make a return because you do not like your apron (the design is not to your liking or you have changed your mind) or it is too large/too small, we will not take the product back: the dimensions are clearly specified on each apron description. Furthermore, we do not accept returns due to late delivery: postal service processing times are beyond our control.
However, if your apron has any manufacturing problem, please send us a photo of theconcerned apron to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (within 14 days after receipt of the order). Our team will review the request and if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will then issue a refund or send a new product.
The right of retraction is excluded for any product delivered within 35 working days and without any proven manufacturing defect.
The items supplied by www.aproncentral.com are new and guaranteed against any manufacturing error. They are identical to those of the traditional retail and come from different publishers and suppliers.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, Apron Central® is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, except for the cost of return. The refund is due within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
